Your Trade-in is Underway!

NEXT STEPS

1.    Carefully pack your shoes to prevent damage during shipment

2.    Shoes must then be mailed to INFASHOEATION within 2-3 days with the shipping label provided.

3.    Your shoes will be assessed to determine their condition and discount/credit.

o   Excellent Condition: 30% off next purchase.

o   Good Condition: 20% off next purchase

o   Poor Condition: 10% off next purchase

 

 Allow 24-48 hours for your trade-in to be assessed.

4.    Once your trade-in is assessed and the shipping label on your return package has been scanned for tracking, credit will be added to your account. This can be used online for future purchases.
