Trade-in Program

 

Purpose

INFASHOEATION’s 2nd Runway Program is designed to promote sustainability and extend the lifecycle of footwear. This initiative is INFASHOEATION's commitment to reducing fashion pollution and fostering a culture of recycling within the fashion industry.

 

Eligibility

All Customers: The program is open to all customers of INFASHOEATION. Every pair of INFASHOEATION shoes are eligible for trade-in.

By participating in the 2nd Runway Trade-in Program, you not only benefit from discounts but also contribute to a significant reduction in waste, making fashion more environmentally friendly.

 

Trade-In Process

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Eligibility Check:

Returns: Shoes can be returned in new, unworn condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Trade-Ins: To be eligible for the 2nd Runway Trade-in Program, you must own your INFASHOEATION shoes for at least 31 days. This ensures the shoes are used, contributing to the sustainability goals of the program.

  1. Initiate Trade-In:

You can start the trade-in process online. Login to your account and fill out the trade-in form. Include photos of the shoes to be traded (tops, bottoms, buckles, heels, straps, any blemishes). 

Shoes must then be mailed to INFASHOEATION within 2-3 days with the shipping label provided.

  1. Assessment of Condition:

Each pair of shoes will be assessed based on predefined criteria to determine their condition. This assessment will directly influence the discount/credit awarded:

      • Excellent Condition: 30% off next purchase.
      • Good Condition: 20% off next purchase
      • Poor Condition: 10% off next purchase

Allow 24-48hours for trade-ins to be assessed.

  1. Issuance of Discount/Credit:

Once your trade-in is assessed and the shipping label on your return package has been scanned for tracking, credit will be added to your account. This can be used online for future purchases.

 

Condition Criteria

Excellent: Like new, very light wear, no significant marks or damage, fully functional.

Good: Moderate wear, minor cosmetic blemishes, fully functional.

Poor: Visible wear, distress and/or tears, missing components, questionable functionality, no longer aesthetically pleasing, etc.
